Hiii, Let me Introduce Myself

A woman in a bright pink blazer and skirt standing in front of a neon sign that reads 'EST WERK SHOP'. She has long wavy brown hair and is smiling.

I’m Michaela, the artist behind Esti WERKshop where we specialize in luxury lashes, flawless brows, and confidence that radiates.

I started this business with a passion for uplifting others and helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

My hope is that this isn’t just a beauty appointment but a moment for you to feel seen, celebrated, and absolutely stunning!

Outside the WERKshop, I find inspiration in makeup💋, photography📸, dancing🕺🏻, fashion🛍️, and all the artsy things🎨!

Can’t wait to meet you!

My Story

When I was in school at the Ann Webb Skin Institute to become an Esthetician, I was originally all about skincare, but something changed when I picked up some tweezers and practiced my first set of lashes on a mannequin.

I was LOCKED IN. I was obsessed with the challenge, the focus, and the creativity it required, I just couldn’t get enough. I was asking classmates every day if I could do their lashes. While others were excited for facials, I just wanted to lash! I loved how we could play fun music, have great conversations, while also working on what felt like an art project.

There really is no other way to explain it other than doing lashes ‘just felt right’ for me.

I started investing in my own lashing equipment and practicing on friends, family, and classmates. I dreamed of having my own lash business one day, maybe even as a side hustle while working at a spa. After 8 months of full-time school, I finally graduated, passed my state boards, and became a licensed esthetician.

After graduation I was like… now what? I looked for jobs but kept getting declined before I could even get an interview. One day, after a long rant about how stuck I felt, my incredibly supportive husband looked at me and asked, “Why don’t you start your own business?” With that, Esti Werkshop was born.

While starting my own business hasn’t been easy, it has also been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things I’ve ever done.

Every new client, every returning client, every friend and family member who’s ever supported me have all made this dream possible.

I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to keep growing while doing what I love and leaving a positive impact on my clients.
